Our cottage / her house is located at the forest edge of a beautiful setting near the famous lake in Hungary the warmest lake Velence. The property is not fenced and is located in the great outdoors. The interior is decorated in country style and created a very cozy atmosphere. From the terraces of the Ferienhauseses you have a wonderful view over the lake Velence and the environment. The house is located next to the living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, large terrace (25 m2 and 50 m2), wine cellar and parking for 4 cars. Summary: We spent 10 days at the guesthouse and we had a really good time. The place was very quiet and relaxing with a beautiful view. It was equipped with pretty much everything a household needs. As the house was on the hillside, cellular networks were unreliable. However, it had a very good Internet connection, so if your phone supports WiFi calls, it will not be a problem. The place is a bit remote, but you can find almost everything withing 10-15 minutes of driving distance. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse for everybody who wants to spend some time in peace.

Summary: We had a great stay at this house. Zsuzsa is a wonderful hostess, she keeps on top of any requests, needs, problems you may have. The wonderfully equipped kitchen was also well-stocked with coffee, tea, various types of sugar and a huge collection of hot chocolate . We enjoyed having our meals on the patio adjacent to the kitchen. The patio was also a popular place to hang out and relax, with its comfortable furniture. The house is on 3 levels, carved into a mountain-side with 3 bedrooms and a full bath on the top floor, one large bedroom and a full bath and the kitchen on the middle floor and a large living room on the ground floor. There is a great view from the top patio. The wifi works well except on the ground floor. There is no air-conditioning, but we did not need it, the window gave enough cool breeze at night and during the day we closed the windows and the curtains. There are fans in every room. Be careful with the draft, we managed to break a glass door due to the draft banging it, Zsuzsa had it fixed within a day and never held a grudge about it. She also let us use the washing machine when we needed some laundry done. The lake is a short drive away, but would be too far on foot, the beach close to the house was wonderful, very few people on a week-day, but can get crowded during the week-ends. Overall a very spacious, pleasant house, wonderful hospitality, a great value! Thank you Zsuzsa!

Summary: The Hilltop house in Sukoro is a great place to spend your vacation in Hungary. It is located at the end of a narrow and steep road through the small village of Sukoro. The house itself is vary spacious and has good facilities for 10 people, even 12 if the ground floor is used. The balcony outside the kitchen is a very cosy place for all meals and relaxation. On the grounds there are grape vines and an apricot tree. When we were there, the apricots were just about ripe, great for a small snack. All in all, we warmly recommend this property.

Summary: Hilltop Guest House is a wonderful place to stay, it is furnished with lots of thought and love, and you instantly feel comfortable. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean and well cared for. We stay from the 3rd to the 24th of May was a very pleasurable and memorable one. It was certainly a lovely experience. The location was excellent , as it is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, a few steps from a beautiful forest "Angelica forras", where you could easily have a nice walk and see some beautiful nature, and also conveniently located close to a very nice Lake "Lake Velence ", which was also very nice. The house had a beautiful terrace where we could relax and have some fun. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone, a perfect place to stay with your loved ones and Family.

Summary: If you want to really relax, this is the place for you. Beautiful home, extremely comfortable feels like your own. The view is beautiful, The house was clean, well equipped and the owner was extremely helpful. Worth coming back!
